This is your first physical therapy session. This includes a thorough assessment and evaluation of your current complaint (i.e. pelvic pain, pregnancy related pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc.) taken place in your home or other mutually agreed upon location. An explanation of findings, goal setting, and follow up visit expectations will be discussed at the end of this session.
